For needle roller bearings with only stamped outer rings, considering that the outer ring wall is very thin, so as far as possible to install with a press, in order to avoid deformation and other problems.

In addition to the above methods, the auxiliary sleeve can also be used to complete the installation of needle roller bearings, but it also needs to be brushed with grease, and then the auxiliary roll or sleeve instead of journal or bearing inner ring is pushed into the outer ring hole, so that its end face is aligned with the end face of the installation shaft, and then it is installed to the designated position by knocking with a press or a hammer.

The third method is different. After brushing the lubricant, the auxiliary sleeve is inserted into the outer ring of the bearing, which makes the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing form an annular hole. After that, the needle is installed in the annular hole. After completion, the auxiliary sleeve can be pushed out, which is very simple.
