First of all, we can see the tapping method of needle roller bearings. Generally, when the needle roller bearings are disassembled by tapping method, the tapping force mainly acts on the inner ring of bearings, but not on the rolling body and cage of bearings. Although this method of operation is relatively simple to implement, it is easy to damage the bearings if it is slightly careless. Therefore, when disassembling needle roller bearings, special care must be taken to avoid unnecessary problems.

Next is the hot disassembly method to disassemble needle roller bearings. When operating, the oil should be heated to 100 degrees Celsius first, then the oil should be poured on the needle roller bearings that want to be disassembled. After the bearing ring is heated and expanded, the bearings can be pulled out with a puller, which is also easy to operate.

Compared with the two disassembly methods mentioned above, it is more stable and reliable to disassemble needle roller bearings by push-press method. It uses press to push bearings, which will not cause damage to the machine, and needle roller bearings can maintain good integrity.

Then there is a pull-out method, using this method to disassemble the need to use a special pull, as long as the selection of the handle of the pull, the bearing can be slowly pulled out. Of course, the rational selection of pulling tools is also quite critical, otherwise, no matter how hard it is, it can not be achieved.
